About Us

Lindsay Kathol

Bookkeeper & Payroll Practitioner

  • Working in an exotic animal practice clinic in 2014, I was drawn to two things. The analysis of revenue, and how to maximize administrative efficiency.

And watching the clinic chameleon hunt crickets. But that’s a different story.

When tasked with answering the question “How much money do you think we make by doing reminder phone calls and emails? Is it worth the time you need to do it?”, I set to work.

With my own background as a certified bookkeeper and payroll practitioner, and working with our clinics accountant, I quickly realized that there was a disconnect between two points. Generating the financial information for a clinic, and the lack of time and tools the clinic had to break down and utilize that information. I wanted to bridge that gap.

Throughout my journey, I have had the pleasure of learning from some of the veterinary industry’s best business consultants, a few great accountants, and a handful of wonderful veterinary practice owners to be able to best serve the clinics I am a part of.

Simply put, I’m here to help.

Lindsay is our clinic fairy godmother, making things happen and keeping us organized. I would be stressed without her!

Which brings me to you…

Having professional bookkeeping done to the highest industry specific standard provides measurable benefits regardless of a practices current position.

There are also circumstances where clinics predictably thrive by working with us:

  • Is the administrative burden straining employees in daily duties, or opportunities to drive further revenue?

  • Is the clinic considering hiring an in-clinic role to alleviate the administrative burden but unsure of whether the role justifies the payroll expense, or is the current administrator/manager overburdened?

  • Does the practice owner want to better the clinics financial landscape, or interested in KPI tracking, but does not have reasonable time to do so?

Do you have experience in the veterinary industry, are you passionate about helping veterinary business owners succeed, and you are interested in joining our team?

We would love to hear from you!
